What the code does
This demo demostrates is similat to Partial Window Demo, but it creates a PTB window with a window bar and standard window buttons. This window behaves much like a standard application window in that it can be moved around with the mouse. Note that I have specified a set size for the window (not a full screen window). This route should only be used for developing and debugging code, not for experiments, as it results in poor timing fidelity.
